Incandescent combustion synthesis of nanomagnetic Ni/NiO composites

This study is the first attempt to large-scale energy-efficient production of nanomagnetic Ni/NiO composites by using autocombustion based on leaves or extract corchorus olitorius. The as synthesized product can be characterized XRD, SEM, TEM and EDX techniques. results confirm that materials consisted entirely well crystalline Ni NiO phases. crystallinity both enhanced increasing amount However, olitorius - treatment resulted in an increase crystallite size lattice constant. SEM analysis confirms formation fragile, fluffy spongy networks. average grain for prepared particles was found 45 nm agreement with trend calculated XRD technique. Furthermore, changing nature content brought about progressive modifications magnetic properties, namely, Ms, Mr, Mr/Ms, Hc Ka, fabricated nanocomposite according structural, morphological microstructural variation. saturation magnetization (Ms) sample 0.2383 emu/g while Ms 6.977 emu/g. discussed light finite size, surface interface effects. Thus, we unveil a new approach incandescent combustion synthesis via innate directly fabrication different nanocomposites.
